Privacy policy

This notice explains how baqir.co collects and uses your personal data, in line with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). It is written in plain language. If anything is unclear, message me on WhatsApp.
Who is responsible for your data
baqir.co is operated by TWENTY FIVE MERCHANDISE ENT (CA0298387-T), owned by Muhammad Baqir bin Rozali, based in Alor Setar, Kedah, Malaysia. In this notice, “I”, “me” and “baqir.co” mean this business.
What I collect
- What you type into a form: your name, WhatsApp number, email (if you give it), business name, website, industry, location, the answers you choose in the audit quiz, and any message you write.
- How you found the site: the page you landed on, the referring website, and campaign tags in the link (such as utm_source or gclid), so I know which marketing works.
- Usage data: if analytics is switched on, anonymous information about pages viewed and buttons clicked, collected through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics using cookies.
I do not ask for, and you should not send, identity card numbers, bank details or passwords through this site.
Why I use it
- To reply to you and prepare the audit or answer you asked for.
- To contact you on WhatsApp, phone or email about that request.
- To understand which pages and campaigns bring enquiries, so I can improve the site and my own advertising.
- To keep records needed for accounting or the law, if you become a client.
I will not sell your data, and I will not add you to marketing lists without asking.
Who I share it with
Only the services needed to run this site and reply to you: the web host that stores the site and form submissions, email and WhatsApp for communication, and Google (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads) for measurement when analytics is switched on. Some of these providers store data outside Malaysia. I share data with authorities only when the law requires it.
How long I keep it
Enquiries that do not become work are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires for business and tax purposes, then deleted.
Cookies
The site itself works without cookies. When analytics is switched on, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics set cookies to measure visits and ad performance. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site will still work.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you can ask to see the personal data I hold about you, ask me to correct it, and withdraw your consent to being contacted. You can also ask me to delete it, unless I must keep it by law. To do any of this, message me on WhatsApp at +60139104147. I will reply within 21 days.
Keeping it safe
Form submissions are stored in a private, password-protected area of the website that only I can access. The site uses HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, but I take reasonable steps to protect your data.
Changes to this notice
If this notice changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
