Terms – baqir.co

These terms cover your use of baqir.co and the basis on which I provide services. They are short on purpose. Each client also receives a written scope and price before work starts, and that scope takes priority over this page.

Who I am

baqir.co is operated by TWENTY FIVE MERCHANDISE ENT (CA0298387-T), owned by Muhammad Baqir bin Rozali, Alor Setar, Kedah, Malaysia.

The free audit

The free Google Ads audit is a written review based on the information you give me and, if you choose to share it, read-only or manager access to your accounts. It is free, with no obligation to buy anything. It is my professional opinion, not a guarantee of future results.

Services and payment

Prices on this site are starting prices in Malaysian ringgit. Your quote may differ based on scope.
Monthly services are billed in advance. One-off work is billed as agreed in your quote.
Advertising spend is paid by you directly to the platform (for example Google or Meta). It is separate from my fee.
Services are month to month. Either side can end them with 30 days’ written notice, including by WhatsApp.

Your accounts and data

You own your ad accounts, tracking accounts, data and creative. I work in them with manager or user access. When we stop working together, I hand back anything I set up for you and remove my access on request.

Results

I commit to doing the work described in your scope, carefully and on time. Advertising and search results depend on things neither of us controls, such as competition, platform changes and demand. So I do not guarantee rankings, AI citations, sales or a specific number of leads.

Tracking guarantee

For Google Ads management clients: if your calls, WhatsApp taps and form leads are not tracked correctly within 14 days of onboarding (with the access I need provided on time), I keep working on tracking at no extra charge until they are.

Platform rules

All campaigns must follow the advertising policies of the platform they run on. I may refuse or stop work that would break those policies or the law.

Use of this site

The content on this site is for general information. Please do not copy it in bulk or use it to train automated systems without permission. Google Ads and Google Business Profile are trademarks of Google LLC; baqir.co is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, my total liability for any claim relating to my services is limited to the fees you paid me in the three months before the claim.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
